Tat Ming Sam Tsui loose his sight when he was born. He finished form three in Ebenezer and HKCEE in Staint Paul's College.
He likes listening to various kinds of music and composing songs. He followed Mr Chau Pui Yin to learn accordion from primary five. IN the year of 1995 and 1996, he took part in inter-school music compitition. In the year of 2000, he was sponsored by the genderous, had a great chance to join the international accordion competition held in Switzerland and got the third prize.
Now, he works at ebenezer as a braillest, taking response to transcribe learning materials for the students with visually impaired who is studying in popular schools in Hong Kong.
