What is the limit between art and porn ? Erotic is Ok at ourmedia. But what is erotic?

The video I post yeasterday is considered porn. Why? Because you can see a naked girl? If I gave the information: "Mature content" and "for people over 18", and I'm not related to a huge company, I made this video by myself, all the procces envolvig this video, so I think it could be considered as art.

It's not different of any other work here at ourmedia, despite the fact that there's a naked girl on the video...

I'll take the video out tonight, and cut all the genitals pieces for the next videos.

I think ourmedia is a powerfull tool, and we don't have to be limited by censorship.

I'm facing some problems using ourmedia: I submit one video but it just dissapear. And I'm trying to put my  ourmedia url into feedburn...with no success....

But i'm still trying...it's so hard to be a newby!!!!
