Love it for how much imagination in invokes. I think the kick drum is too deep, but if you tried to make it more like an old school sort of drum kit, it'd be pretty nice. Or perhaps keeping it deep but make it lower velocity and with a quick gate or attack... just something to make it slightly shorter. Still, really awesome. I love the beat and the idea and because you keep it all so discrete (title, story, theme, whatever you want to go by with this song), it invokes a lot of imagery. Great stuff, defunkt!

Yep, the kick is something I'll revisit with this track. Needs a bit more tweaking to make it fit. Thanks again for your comments.
