I'm a self-taught filmmaker and animator . I strongly believe in some basic principles of modernism - some that evolve out of Abstract Expressive Painting , that is the work is mainly an inner self portrait . A basic premise or feeling , even emotion is enough to generate the start of a work , and thus you build upon it . Repetition is used by many artists , I use it to show the repetition used in everyday labor .
