Content scouts/editors

We need volunteers to head up our efforts to solicit original music, animation, text works, podcasts, news footage, video shorts, digital art, student works, indie films, remixes, digital stories and other creative material from friends, professional associates, or the Web. For example, any work with a Creative Commons license is fair game; the copyright holder has authorized sharing it on noncommercial sites such as ours. We'd also like to add additional public domain works (books, videos, audio files) to the site.

Or, you might want to repackage old works in cool new formats: Many classics and other works can be formatted in gorgeous layouts and typefaces. Others can be converted to xhtml so they can be easily read by handheld devices. Some, like paintings by the masters, can be scanned in and turned into wallpaper. We’ll give you full credit for your contribution.
