Change your password or user name

To change your password or user name, simply log in to Ourmedia and you'll be on your My Page. Select the edit tab, enter your changes, and click Submit.

Your user name doubles as your screen name unless you enter the "Full name" field here: My Page > edit tab > Personal Profile.

It's a good idea to change your password from time to time. If you have lost your password, go here.
